Continuous Foaming Machine (SL-FCII):

Uses and characteristics:
This machine is mainly used for continuous making of max foam density from 9~50 kg per cubic meter. It can cut the foam into different size according to the customers' requirements. The whole production line adopts numerical control, which makes every part of machine work very exactly and conveniently.

Computerized control system:
The whole production adopts the numerical control. It makes this complicated machine very easy to use. This system can store 10 formulations in advance, so some new things in the foaming area can also control this machine very well.

Electronic metering system:
Adopt the American advanced electronic metering pump and monitor to make its metering system. It can show 12 groups' chemical formulations and actual output in the computer by figure and diagram. When the actual output is different from the formulation setting, the metering system can adjust automatically. This function can make the foam as setting and reduce the waste of AGE.

High speed mixing system:
Adopt two step low-pressure and high speed mixing, which make the foam's air hole is uniform and smooth, it also includes the function of cycle cooling and auto cleaning.

Adjustable oven system:
Two-movement-side wall can adjust the width freely for different requirements of foam. Adjust six steps fall-plate for different height of foam.

Auto block cutter:
Computerized control, free change cutting, and precision for 1mm.
