Uses and characteristics
This machine is mainly for continuous making maxfoam density from 9_50 kgs/m3. It can according to the user's require to cut the foam into different size. The whole production line are adopt numerical control, this make the machine's every part can work very exactly and convenience. Computerized control system: The whole production adopt the numerical control, it make this complicated machine can be use very easy. This system can store 10 formulation advance, so although new in foaming area can also control this machine very well. Electronic metering system: Adopt the American advanced electronic metering pump and monitor to make itt metering system. It can show 12 groups chemical 's formulation and actual output in the computer by figure and diagram. When the actual output is different from the formulation which setting, the metering system can adjust automatic. This function can make the foam as setting and reduce the wastage. High speed mixing system: Adopt two step low-pressure and high speed mixing, this make the foam's air hole uniformity and smooth; It also include the cycle cooling and auto cleaning function; R. S film pulling unit: This unit can keep the minimum wastage by the flat-topped block. Adjustable oven system: Two movement side wall can adjust the width freely for different foam required. Adjustable six step fall-plate for different foam height. Auto block cutter: Computerized control, can change the cutting size freely, correction for 1mm. |
